Sales Policy

Terms: Our normal terms are Net-30.

Minimum Orders: Our minimum order is $50.00 for combined products per invoice, excluding freight charges. A $5.00 handling fee assessed on orders below the minimum.

Damage Claims: Any damaged goods should be immediately noted on delivery receipt when freight is received (for UPS deliveries, please notify driver). If damage is not noted Corning Waxes Inc. will NOT be responsible for corrective action. Corning Waxes is NOT responsible for corrective action for carriers.

Product Returns: Prior to returning any merchandise to Corning Waxes Inc. an RA number must be obtained from our office and affixed/noted on the outer case of all returned goods.

PLEASE NOTE: Corning Waxes charges a 25% restocking fee for all returned items depending on product labeling. Any returned items received by Corning Waxes Inc. in an unsatisfactory condition will be rejected.
